The table illustrates 78.8% of the respondents strongly agreed or agreed with the assertion that "The period during which staff are on- call, but otherwise free to pursue their own activities would not be measured as working time ", 16.1%   strongly disagreed or disagreed and nearly 13.2%holds no opinion.
